Our Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us immediately. You may return items for a refund or store credit within 30 days of receiving any merchandise.

We cannot accept the following returns:

Any order returned more than 30 days after it was received

Any Customised Order

Any damaged or otherwise non-resalable print

Please notify us of all returns before proceeding, Victoria Faith cannot accept responsibility for unsolicited returns. Once you have notified us, please repackage the item in the original shipping packet and be sure to include your order number. We recommend that you send your return back via a tracked carrier. Please contact us for the return address.

If you are not satisfied with your Victoria Faith purchase, we will work with you to make your return as easy as possible.

Victoria Faith will refund you in the same form of payment originally used to purchase the item.

Refunds will be issued with-in two business days after we receive the goods.

Victoria Faith will issue a full refund including shipping charges for any order that arrives damaged or in error.

Please note: Shipping charges are not refundable.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds and credits are not applicable to damaged returns.

Coupon/promotional discounts used will be deducted from the refund/credit.

Prints are sent with tracking via New Zealand Post with a target delivery of up to 5 business days. Delivery targets are a guide only. Delivery to and from rural or remote areas may take longer.
